The International Dysphagia Diet Standardization Initiative (IDDSI) is the new standard for serving texture modified diets and thickened liquids to individuals with chewing and swallowing problems.  It includes simple accessible testing methods that help us validate that our foods meet these new standards.  The challenge is getting our teams ready for the changes that IDDSI implementation brings especially now, as we all navigate staff turnover and the need for interdepartmental training.  This webinar offers a streamlined process for getting started with IDDSI without making significant operational changes.
